Code of Conduct

Expected Behavior

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
  • Sexist, racist, or exclusionary comments or jokes
  • Sustained disruption of talks or events
  • Inappropriate physical contact or sexual attention
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or non-consensual photography/recording
  • Any other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a workplace setting

Reporting and Enforcement

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to the conference organizers or designated Code of Conduct moderators. All complaints will be handled with discretion and confidentiality to the extent possible. Organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event without warning, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
