The Bayanihan Center was initially created to address the need of United Laboratories (Unilab) for a larger and more modern events venue within company premises; a facility that will be able to accommodate the growing number of executives, employees, and clients.
The Center became the choice venue of meetings and events conducted by most of its internal clients, the Unilab business units. By 2010, the Bayanihan Center started accepting events and meeting schedules from external clients.
With the growing prospects of more events and meetings that can be served by the facility, the Bayanihan Annex was constructed in 2010. In July 2011, the Bayanihan Annex was launched to complement the operations of the main Bayanihan Center.
